About Us

Engineering Resource Associates (ERA) provides a full range of development, engineering, entitlement and real estate services relating to land development for residential and commercial properties. With over 30 years’ experience in the site civil engineering, development and construction fields, ERA is uniquely qualified to assist builders, developers, property owners and investors with a broad range of engineering, land surveying, environmental, structural, real estate and construction related services.

With our depth of land development experience and having been directly involved in well over 500 hundred subdivision projects throughout the six-county metropolitan area in northeast Illinois, ERA can provide full entitlement, zoning, PUD, subdivision and project coordination including assistance with project due diligence and assessment, site planning & engineering, platting, permitting and construction phase services.
